Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to use of CarrierOps and supplements the Terms of Service.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use CarrierOps to break the law, create false or misleading business records, infringe intellectual property rights, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe or disrupt systems, scrape without permission, send spam, harass others, impersonate another person, bypass security, or enter information you do not have lawful authority to provide. You also may not abuse referral, affiliate, promotional, or partner codes through self-referral, duplicate company signups, fake accounts, misleading promotion, unauthorized code sharing, or other attempts to obtain credits, commissions, or benefits improperly.

Trucking Records

Do not use CarrierOps to falsify inspections, proof-of-delivery records, driver qualifications, insurance records, compliance documents, invoices, tax records, maintenance history, hours-of-service records, or regulatory filings. You remain responsible for verifying all deadlines, records, filings, inspections, driver qualifications, and vehicle safety obligations.

Uploads

Uploaded documents, receipts, photographs, and signature records must relate to legitimate business use and must not include unlawful content, malware, irrelevant sensitive data, or content you lack permission to store.
