Electronic Communications and Signature Consent
Effective date: July 26, 2026 ยท Version 2026-07-26
Electronic Communications
By creating an account or using CarrierOps, you agree that CarrierOps may provide service-related notices, account messages, policy updates, invoice or document workflow messages, and support communications electronically. You are responsible for keeping your email address current.
Electronic Records
CarrierOps may store electronic records such as uploaded documents, invoice packets, inspection records, maintenance records, fuel receipts, proof-of-delivery materials, and audit metadata. You are responsible for determining whether electronic records satisfy your legal, regulatory, insurance, tax, employment, or contractual requirements.
Electronic Signatures
CarrierOps allows authorized users to collect a recipient's signature as delivery evidence for a load. Before signing, the signer must be shown the applicable consent language and confirm that they are authorized to sign. CarrierOps records the signer name, timestamp, capturing user, consent version, signature image, integrity hash, and available request metadata. Users remain responsible for deciding whether a captured signature satisfies their contract, proof-of-delivery, or legal requirements.
Hardware and Software
You need a device, browser, internet connection, and email account capable of accessing CarrierOps and retaining records you choose to download. You may withdraw electronic communications consent by contacting legal@mycarrierops.com, but withdrawal may prevent continued use of the service.
